As part of its series of educational comic books, the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship is publishing the fourth installment, titled “The Little Citizens’ Club,” a story inspired by the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship’s report (Review and Outlook, June 2024 to February 2025).
Establishing the Citizens’ Club at school is a fun way to introduce students—who are the citizens of tomorrow and the future of the DRC—to New Citizenship. This is the focus of the fourth episode in the series of educational comic books published by the Ministry of EDU-NC to instill in students the values of respect, solidarity, peace, and community engagement from a young age, following the institutionalization of the citizen’s oath and the reinstatement of the flag salute in schools.
