Back to school in Kongo Central 2: Provincial Director holds first staff meeting

On Monday, September 11, Provincial Director Jean Tshisekedi Kabasele held the first meeting of the 2023–2024 school year. It was addressed to the staff under his jurisdiction. Among the topics discussed were the rejection of negative values and the strict enforcement of official instructions. “Our director emphasized diligence, competence, thoroughness, and punctuality. All staff members of the Kongo Central 2 office must strive to embody these qualities,” said Édouard Basiba, head of general services, after the meeting.
