DINACOPE: Director Mbaka instructs the replacement of teachers to be retired by winners of recruitment competitions

Boniface Mbaka Ngapembe, National Director of the National Directorate for Teacher Oversight and Payroll (DINACOPE), has instructed the provincial directors of his department in 16 educational provinces to immediately launch a special operation to update the list of teachers who have passed recruitment exams. This operation aims to facilitate the gradual retirement of teachers who have reached or exceeded the age of 65, with a view to renewing the workforce. The educational provinces concerned are: - Ituri 1, 2, and 3 - Kasai 1 and 2 - Kasai Central 1 and 2 - Kasai Oriental 1 and 2 - Lomami 1 and 2 - Kwilu 3 - Lukunga - Funa - Kongo Central 1 and 2 The administrators of the schools concerned are requested to immediately forward the complete physical files of the successful teachers to the provincial directors of DINACOPE. This initiative is part of the broader reforms undertaken in the national education sector and the new citizenship program, reinforcing the government’s commitment to quality education.
