Haut-Katanga 1: Proved Joseph Mwinkeu welcomes compliance with official instructions in his jurisdiction

Joseph Mwinkeu, director of the Haut-Katanga 1 Educational Province, expressed satisfaction with the implementation of free primary education and the efforts to combat negative values in schools under his jurisdiction. He voiced this satisfaction during a meeting held on Saturday, November 25, with the deputy provincial education directors to evaluate their work in the field. He urged his staff to exercise greater vigilance and to strictly enforce official instructions. Proved J.
