Joseph Mwinkeu Tshiend has received the remaining batch of report cards that were missing for the Haut-Katanga 1 educational province, which he heads. This batch, which arrived in Lubumbashi on Thursday, July 20, 2023, is being held at the report card repository of this directorate. It consists of various report cards from all academic tracks. For the provincial director, this delivery, which fully concludes the aforementioned school year, is the result of the efforts made by educational authorities to honor each student’s academic record. Consequently, Joseph Mwinkeu has emphasized to school principals within his jurisdiction the strict prohibition against enrolling students without report cards. "The arrival of this batch of report cards here demonstrates, sufficiently, our commitment to adhering to the guideline prohibiting graduation announcements without report cards, in order to make our students proud. As you can see, all the missing report cards have arrived, and they can come pick them up as needed. To those who have not yet done so, I remind you that you are required to comply with the instruction regarding the collection of report cards," he said. As a reminder, all public school students received their report cards this year. Jirel Kitoko
