Itinerant Wednesday: Jean Tshisekedi and Donatien Karina call for respect of hierarchy's instructions in Central Kongo 2

Wednesday Field Visit: Jean Tshise, the Provincial Director (Proved), and the Chief Provincial Inspector (Ipp) of Kongo Central 2 conducted a tour of the Mbanza-Ngungu 2 provincial subdivision on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. During this tour, Proved Jean Tshisekedi and Ipp Donatien Karina reminded school principals of the need to comply with official instructions regarding school activities. They also promised exemplary sanctions for those who fail to comply. The instructions emphasized by Proved Jean Tshisekedi included the flag-salute ceremony accompanied by the national anthem before the day’s activities, the sanitation of school environments, and the prohibition of unauthorized fees in schools. Ipp Donatien Karina, for his part, emphasized the instruction prohibiting the awarding of grades in preschool.
