Jean Tshisekedi Kabasele, the provincial director of the EPST in Kongo Central 2, conducted his field visit on Wednesday, October 25, in the Kolo-Fuma area (Mbanza-Ngungu 1 subdivision). Accompanied by Subdivision Chief Alphonse Nsituvanga, Director Tshisekedi visited EP3 Fuma, EP Lungwana, EP Kimenga, and EP1 Fuma in turn. He took the opportunity to assess the children’s learning conditions, including the condition of the buildings, desks, and sanitary facilities. At the end of the tour, the Proved expressed satisfaction with the adherence to official guidelines observed everywhere he visited. He also welcomed this year’s increase in primary school enrollment at the visited schools, particularly in first-grade classes. “Free public primary education is beneficial for our country. We can only thank President Félix Tshisekedi for making it a reality. It is thanks to him that many children have enrolled," he said. It is worth noting that at the EPST, Wednesdays are dedicated, on the instructions of Minister Tony Mwaba Kazadi, to field visits, in order to bring the authorities closer to their constituencies.
