Maniema/ 145-territory PDL project: EP Cewis receives sheet metal for construction in Kailo

Athanase Linganja Douglas, chief of the Bangengele chiefdom, donated corrugated iron sheets on November 18, 2022, for the construction of the Cewis Primary School in Kabolongo, located in the Kailo territory of Maniema Province. This donation was made possible through the central government’s devolution of funds to decentralized entities. This devolution has indeed reached the grassroots level to bring to fruition the head of state’s vision of building schools in this part of the country, according to Athanase Linganja Douglas.
