As part of the 145 Territories Development Program, known by the acronym PDL 145 T, the Central Coordination Office (BCECO) announced on Wednesday, August 30, via its X account (formerly Twitter), that it had completed the technical acceptance of the Tshiyole School, built in the village of Lusamba Mbumba, in the territory of Kazumba, Kasaï Central Province. According to the same tweet, the facility includes 6 classrooms, 1 multipurpose room, 1 administrative block, and 1 latrine block. It should be noted that the completion of these facilities contributes to the implementation of the constitutional provision guaranteeing free access to basic education for Congolese children. This provision has been implemented by the current Head of State, Felix Antoine Tshisekedi, over the past few years, notably through the provision of free public primary education.
