The province of Kongo Central now has at least 24 new schools built as part of the Local Development Project for 145 Territories (PDL 145 T). The most recent addition is the Baza Primary School, whose construction and equipping have now been completed in the Muanda territory. This information comes from cross-checked reports on the X account of the Implementation Unit for Financing in Support of Fragile States, which is responsible for carrying out this project in this part of the country. In Kongo Central, the Seke-Banza territory has received the most schools—15 in total—followed by the Tshela territory with 5; meanwhile, the Muanda and Lukula territories bring up the rear with one school each. It should be noted that the completion of these projects in this province will not only promote economic development but also improve learning conditions for students in this part of the DRC.
