The Implementation Unit for Financing in Support of Fragile States (CFEF) has handed over 13 new schools, built as part of the 145 Territories Development Program (PDL-145 T), to various provincial authorities. According to information gathered from the unit’s account on X (formerly known as Twitter)—which is managed by the Ministry of Finance—five administrative provinces have benefited from this delivery of school facilities. These include Kwilu, which received five new schools; Kongo Central, with three schools; while Equateur and Kwango provinces each received two schools. The province of Nord-Ubangi rounds out the list with one school. The construction of these schools is part of the second pillar of the Sectoral Strategy for Education and Training (SSEF), which aims to improve the quality of education. During his inauguration speech, the head of state noted that more than 1,000 schools have already been built. It should be noted that this program is coordinated in particular by the Central Coordination Office (BCECO), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the CFEF. Chouquette Bombula
