The Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship is aware of the legitimate concerns of parents and the general public regarding the availability of report cards. We wish to reassure the entire educational community of our full commitment to ensuring a successful conclusion to the school year and the continuity of each student’s educational journey.
We acknowledge that delays have occurred in the process of producing and distributing final report cards. These delays result from rigorous public procurement procedures.
In light of this situation, and to ensure that no student is disadvantaged in their academic journey—whether it involves moving from one grade to another, enrolling in a new school, or receiving certification—the Ministry has distributed provisional report cards to schools. These documents certify students’ results, thereby ensuring the smooth progression of their education.
We wish to reaffirm that these provisional report cards will be replaced by official final report cards. The latter will feature advanced security measures, including several distinctive features guaranteeing their authenticity and reliability.
The Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship wishes to reassure parents: no additional fees will be charged for obtaining the final report cards.
Finally, we remind you that the Ministry is the sole authority authorized by law to certify and validate school report cards, as well as any other academic document or credential. We urge everyone to remain vigilant regarding the potential circulation of non-compliant documents, noting that only documents issued or validated by the Ministry guarantee legality.
The Ministry remains fully committed and transparent regarding this matter, which is crucial for the future of our students.
