Compliance with the fourteen-day deadline for candidates to register for the competitive examination for the recruitment of teachers and the promotion of elementary school principals.

To the Provincial Directors,

Further to my letter referenced No. MINEDU-NC/SG/80/DRH/MK/O185/2025 dated February 6, 2025, regarding the launch of the teacher recruitment campaign and the promotion of elementary school principals, I hereby instruct you to direct your Sub-Provincial Directors to adhere to the 14-day deadline for candidate registration for the competitive examination, as stipulated in the procedural manual.

In this regard, in accordance with the procedure manual, I ask that you grant an extension to all sub-divisions that have not yet completed the fourteen (14) days of candidate registration, so that the last sub-division closes registration on March 20, 2025.

Furthermore, I remind you of the urgency of forming the Sub-Provincial Recruitment Commission, holding the first meeting within 72 hours of receiving this letter, and sending me the relevant lists.

Your reports must include the minutes (PV) certifying the holding of said meeting, as well as the letters of accreditation for the members of the coordinating bodies, civil society representatives, and trade unionists serving on the aforementioned committees. In addition, the signed and dated attendance lists must be sent to me at the following email addresses: sg@sg.edu-nc.gouv.cd; drhepst81@gmail.com.
