Appointment of new managers at Inspectorate General and DINACOPE

The Minister of State, Minister of National Education and New Citizenship, Raissa Malu, on Monday, October 14, 2024, appointed new officials to various departments and directorates within the ministry, notably the General Inspectorate and the National Directorate for Control, Payroll Preparation, and Management of Administrative and Teaching Staff (DINACOPE, formerly SECOPE). Mr. Hubert Kimbonza replaces Mr. Odia Musungayi as Inspector General (IG) of National Education and New Citizenship, and Mr. Boniface MBAKA replaces Mr. Papy Mangobe as National Director of DINACOPE. The two officials from the Ministry of Education and National Citizenship who have just been replaced had held their positions since 2021. The new IG was previously Deputy Inspector General in charge of engineering. Boniface Mbaka, for his part, was the director in charge of mechanization and payroll monitoring at DINACOPE. Bruno Nsaka
