The Minister of State, Minister of National Education and New Citizenship (EDU-NC), Raïssa Malu, accompanied by Deputy Minister Jean-Pierre Kezamudru, inaugurated on Thursday, April 10, 2025, the modernized State Exam grading center, located within the premises of the General Inspectorate of Education (IGE) Printing Office in Kinshasa. Equipped with new software that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), this center makes the grading process more reliable and faster.

Upon their arrival, Minister of State Raïssa Malu and Deputy Minister Jean-Pierre Kezamudru were welcomed by EDU-NC Inspector General Hubert Kimbonza, EDU-NC Acting Secretary General Mathieu Mukenga, and several members of the cabinet. The head of the center gave the two ministry officials a tour of the various renovated facilities, highlighting the innovations implemented. These include state-of-the-art equipment, such as computers running a new software program called "Snote Manager," which comes 18 years after the last computer-based grading system. This software integrates Artificial Intelligence into the processing of test items and significantly reduces the need for human intervention, while simultaneously lowering the risk of errors caused by human factors.
This IT tool remains an innovative digital solution, developed by the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship with the aim of simplifying, improving reliability, and shortening the time required for the automatic grading of certification exams, thereby enabling faster publication of results.

The renovation of this center is part of the vision of Minister of State and Minister of EDU-NC Raïssa Malu, who, at the end of the visit, congratulated Inspector General Hubert Kimbonza on the quality of the work accomplished, as well as the members of his cabinet who worked in close collaboration with the staff and managers of the General Inspectorate of Education.
