The Annual Performance Review (RAP 2024) concluded peacefully in the Lomami 2 educational province, based in Mwene-ditu. The mayor of that city, Gérard Tshibanda Kabwe, officially closed the event.
During the event, participants updated the school map, validated the planning for the 2024–2025 school year, finalized the Operational Action Plan (OAP 2024–2025), and unanimously adopted the recommendations made.
Furthermore, the Director of the Lomami 2 Educational Province, Muller Mulenda Keba Cyeba, urged all parties to implement all resolutions adopted during the meeting to safeguard the interests of learners and improve the quality of student learning.
He reiterated that the government’s vision for the National Education and New Citizenship sub-sector is to build an inclusive, high-quality education system that effectively contributes to national development, the promotion of peace, and active democratic citizenship.
"For the effectiveness of an education system depends on good school administration," noted Proved Muller Mulenda.
It should be noted that the recommendations resulting from this three-day meeting, held from August 5 to 7, 2024, will be presented at the annual review at the national level.
