Raïssa Malu, Minister of State and Minister of National Education and New Citizenship, has announced the fees for the 2025 National Selection and Academic and Career Guidance Test (TENASOSP). This exam is essential for eighth-grade students in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. According to her statement dated December 8, 2024, "each candidate must pay 10,000 FC, including 2,000 FC for the registration form, plus 8,000 FC for the digitization process." The registration form, designated as E.O1T, contains crucial information about each candidate, including a special code. These forms will be integrated into the online platform https://www.diplome.cd, where they will be carefully stored within the Inspection Pool. This measure aims to ensure the transparency and security of candidates’ data. Regarding digitization fees, management is delegated to the Provincial Education Department, which will cover 1,600 FC. The remaining 6,400 FC will be paid to SCHOOLAP, which is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of digitization. The minister clarified that the digitization process is separate from E01 to avoid any confusion. According to the same source, “TENASOSP participation fees will be set by provincial governors, upon the recommendation of the Provincial Education Committee. This decision will take into account the socioeconomic realities of each province, thereby ensuring an approach tailored to different local contexts,” the press release states. It is important to note that Minister of State Raïssa Malu emphasized the importance of rigor in implementing these new guidelines. She called for the collaboration of all stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of TENASOSP, highlighting the need for transparent and effective management of the resources allocated to this major educational process.
