Kinshasa - Lukunga: IPP Vital Lumbala calls on his new collaborators to work in synergy

Provincial Chief Inspector (PPI) Vital Lumbala Kadiata officially took over as head of the Kinshasa-Lukunga Provincial Inspectorate on Monday, November 18, 2024, succeeding Jean-Pierre Kabianda. The handover ceremony took place in the presence of the Chief of Staff to the Provincial Minister of Education, inspectors, and staff members.

In his address, the incoming IPP of Lukunga outlined the atmosphere that should characterize the work, advocating for synergy among colleagues to address the challenges in this educational province.

"To the deputy provincial chief inspectors, the door is open. We need your input. We are ready to welcome everyone. To the staff, we look forward to open collaboration. We will always work together, hand in hand. Without you, we will accomplish absolutely nothing," he stated.

Vital Lumbala praised the role played by his predecessor during his three years at the helm of this jurisdiction, while highlighting his expertise.

"Dear brother Jean-Pierre Kabianda, the province will remember everything you have done. The province will always be grateful to you. You are our resource. We will always turn to you, given your experience and your courage to break through the rock," he said.

With a strong sense of accountability, the new IPP of Kinshasa-Lukunga did not hesitate to thank the head of the sub-sector for choosing him.

"I would like to express my gratitude to Her Excellency the Minister of State, Minister of National Education and New Citizenship, for the renewed trust placed in us by appointing me to lead this province. I thank the Inspector General, the head of the corps, and his entire administration," he said.

Vital Lumbula headed the Mont-Amba provincial inspectorate for more than three years before taking over the Kinshasa-Lukunga inspectorate.
