A meeting took place on Saturday, November 23, 2024, in the conference room of the Bobokoli Institute in Ngaliema, between the provincial authorities of Kinshasa-Lukunga and a large number of school principals, including itinerant inspectors. Provincial Director Wivine Mude Nkoko, Chief Provincial Inspector Vital Mbala, and the Provincial Director of DINACOPE emphasized the need to follow official instructions and explained the five-year plan of the Minister of State, Minister of National Education and New Citizenship (EDU-NC), Raïssa Malu.

"Right now, it’s all about new citizenship. We must strictly adhere to official instructions. Those who follow the instructions make fewer mistakes," stated the Provincial Director of Lukunga.

Speaking next, the Provincial Chief Inspector for this jurisdiction emphasized adherence to the school calendar, as well as the file review process. On this subject, Vital Lumbala stressed that while this is a routine activity, it must not be exploited for financial gain, as has been observed in some schools.

"We have taken other measures by suspending this activity. There are other strategies we have adopted to steer the ship to a safe harbor," he said.

Provincial authorities also discussed the five-year plan of Minister of State Raïssa Malu Dinanga, who is committed to ensuring that the sub-sector can establish a new sense of citizenship based on republican values, respect for the common good, and active participation in the country’s democratic and social life. They called on their staff to align with the vision of the head of EDU-NC.
