Addressing the inspectors present, Raïssa Malu emphasized: “I urge you to use this work tool wisely to reduce our reliance on paper, which exacerbates global warming. “Be diligent in completing all six training modules that will be offered to ensure an effective digital transition. I also insist that women’s participation in this training reach an equitable rate in order to promote positive masculinity.”
Thierry Diasomana, director of the telecommunications company Airtel, stated: “Our goal is to support the DRC government, through the Ministry of National Education, to fully succeed in the use of digital technology. We have incorporated professional development and the modernization of the education system among the ministry’s five pillars to address the challenges of digital transformation in the DRC and combat paper use, which contributes to global warming.”This commitment to digital modernization marks a significant step forward for the education sector in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
