Organized as part of the EFFICACE project, with technical support from UNESCO, this workshop is part of the reform process led by the Directorate of Teacher Training and School Management Offices (DIFORE-BG).

The participants, including several university professors and education system officials, will be tasked with: - Reviewing the guides and teaching materials to ensure internal consistency; - Developing instructional materials for use with the transitional curriculum; -Develop instructional materials for internships and other training contexts for student teachers; -Update and develop, as needed, tools for continuing education. It should be noted that Ms. Betty Matondo Mbanunu, coordinator of the EFFICACE project, is overseeing the smooth conduct of the work. Also participating in this workshop are the directors and heads of departments at MINEDU-NC, including Odon Mulanda Kimpembe (School Guidance), Jean-Jeef Mwanza (Communication Management), and Valère Ibutch (DIPROMAD).
