“Our ministry’s five-year plan establishes regularization as a lever for social justice and the stabilization of the teaching staff. But this progress can only be achieved through exemplary administrative rigor,” stated Mr. Théodore Kazadi. With this in mind, the Deputy Minister encouraged the provincial government to proceed without delay with the identification and regularization of problematic institutions, in close collaboration with the relevant technical services, in order to submit compliant files for review. This requirement reflects the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship’s commitment to embedding standardization within responsible and transparent governance, in accordance with the guiding principle of its Five-Year Plan: to provide Congolese students with a quality education in a healthy environment, for the benefit of the nation’s future.
