On Monday, April 5, the Provincial Minister of the Interior, representing the Governor of Mongala Province, launched a training session for teachers in the secretarial, administrative, business, management, and dressmaking fields, focused on improving the quality of education. This five-day training session, running from May 5 to 9, is being facilitated by national experts from the central offices of the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship. Organized by the Provincial Education Inspectorate of Mongala 1, this training aims to strengthen the capacities of these teachers in order to improve the quality of instruction provided to students, the Governor’s representative noted.
“Inspection involves three key elements: monitoring, training, and evaluation. This training will address the issues identified during various classroom visits,” stated Françoise Mombo Banda, Chief Provincial Inspector of Mongala 1.
This training comes at just the right time, according to the Governor’s representative, as technical education seniors face enormous difficulties during the state exam, characterized by massive failure rates.
“I am confident that with your expertise, you will be able to identify the shortcomings and advise our teachers on the strategies to adopt to address them,” emphasized the Provincial Minister of the Interior.
He also urged the participating teachers to demonstrate greater diligence and dedication during this training workshop. This workshop is part of an effort to improve the quality of education Ivan Honoré Mudiangombé and Glodi Mboma
