All’s well that ends well, as the saying goes. The Annual Performance Review (RAP) conference, which began on August 26, concluded this Wednesday, August 28, in Kinshasa. This was a source of satisfaction for the Directors of Educational Provinces (Proveds), who spent three days conducting an in-depth assessment of the national education subsector. According to Joseph Mukwend, Director of the Haut-Katanga 1 Educational Province (Proved), this work also highlighted the real challenges facing each educational province, leading to appropriate recommendations. Satisfied with the guidance received, the Proved of Mai-Ndombe 2, Ms. Wivine Mude Koko, hopes that the 2024–2025 school year will bring many innovations. Concluding today, this year’s RAP was held under the theme, “Improving the quality of education to stimulate socio-economic development.” The main objectives were to evaluate past performance, update the school map, and assess the implementation of reforms, while also approving the plan for the 2024–2025 school year, which is scheduled to begin on September 2.
