“We are here to implement the Minister’s five-year plan, which places the development of digital literacy at the heart of administrative reform. To equip staff and managers with the necessary skills, we needed a module tailored to this vision. Now that it has been approved, we will be able to launch training sessions in the coming weeks.”For his part, Mr. Jeef Kalombo, an expert who participated in the project, emphasized the importance of aligning with international standards:
“This module is essential because we are in a sector that now requires proficiency in digital tools. It is a requirement of today’s professional world, and the Minister has clearly understood this through her five-year plan.”It should be noted that a series of training sessions will be organized shortly for ministry staff and managers.
